
CAMP HILL, PA—Dean Hilliard, of Sugarloaf, has been elected as the 2022 Associate Vice President of the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA). Mr. Hilliard will work on behalf of more than 2,300 Associate members of the statewide non-profit association. PBA is the voice of the home building industry in Pennsylvania.
Hilliard, who is the President of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services, Inc. (A.C. & R. Services, Inc.) headquartered in Sugarloaf, has been a longtime supporter of PBA serving as the Regional Vice President and Regional Legislative Office for the Northcentral Region of Pennsylvania. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors and has been involved in several committees including the Associates Council and the Workforce Training & Education Committee.
Mr. Hilliard is a highly respected expert in heating and air conditioning, holding certifications and memberships including with the Refrigeration Service Engineers’ Society; the Air Conditional Contractors of America; the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers’ and the Hydronics Institute on Residential Hydronic Heating, Design, and Installation.
Hilliard is a member of the Central Susquehanna Builders Association and has served two terms as the local association’s President. He is a voting member of the International Code Council for Sugarloaf Township; a 19-year member of the Sugarloaf Fire Company where he served in leadership positions as Captain, Assistant Chief, and Vice President; and member of the Kiwanis.
Dean Hilliard will be formally installed during the Annual Gala at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Reading in February as part of the PBA Winter Board Meeting.
