The organization was founded by Dean Hilliard in 1979 with just one vehicle and one employee—him! A strong work ethic and determination to succeed propelled his business forward. Today, Dean and his team of 12 staff members are proud to serve a number of businesses and homeowners within the Northeast region of the state.
