President and Owner Dean Hilliard named President of Central Susquehanna Builders Association

CSBA is a non-profit organization, which was formed in November of 1966. The purposes for which it is organized are:

1. promote and maintain the professional standards of its members, and
2. to educate its members and the general public concerning home building and its allied trades, and any lawful act allowed by law.

CSBA is the local association for a five county area including Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia and Montour Counties.

CSBA is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

The Central Susquehanna Builders Association (CSBA) currently serves 216 members, builders and associates, and keeps growing.

A C & R Services, located in Sugarloaf, PA is a locally owned and operated company for over 25 years. They specialize in Residential and Commercial HVAC applications, and offer 24 x 7 service on all makes and models.
