When Dean Hilliard started his business back in 1979, he had one vehicle and one employee... him! He was hard working and determined to succeed. Before Dean went into business for himself, he worked for a number of HVAC companies as a service technician repairing all types of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment. Today, there are 17 people on his staff including 5 highly skilled service technicians and 4 new installation crews. Dean is the current President of the Central Susquehanna Builders Association.

At Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services we believe that it is essential that our employees keep up to date on the newest developments and technology available in the HVAC field. We exceed or comply with all state and local codes. We carry all necessary licenses, including local township or borough permits as required. Our technicians are certified through the EPA in refrigerant recovery, recycling and reclaim of refrigerants and are also NATE certified.
